hello batchmates here are some REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT updates i've received from sec3s, do take note!

FAREWELL

1. For the individual groups' talentime performance, please note that your performace HAS got to be linked with the theme: Blast From the Past. Do take note of this esp when sending in your email to the sec3s regarding your performance details.

2. As the overall farewell theme is Blast From the Past, do note that the BATCH PERFORMANCE also has gotta link with the theme yups.

3. ALL farewell proposals was due LAST FRIDAY. {both batch and individual groups} so please send your proposals to the email {given in batch blog} asap!

4. Do also note that there is NO NEED for a i/c for farewell, however, 1 representative has to send the sec3s our batch performance details to their batch email asap.

BATCH ACTIVITY

1. i/c's {hannah and gwen} please inform the sec3s via their batch email that you both are the i/c's for this activity asap

2. Proposal for the batch activity is due this friday, 8pm, send to batch'08 email.

3. Stuff to be included in proposal: general details; timeframe; manpower allocation; logistics. Do also include a wet weather plan should the activity be conducted outdoors.

ATC PROPOSALS

some of us may not have started on the proposals, but just for y'all to take note:

1. For the patrol action plan, you'd need to include the due dates for the first, second, third, fourth drafts of each proposal, as well as the dates for precamp training for that particular activity {i.e. outdoor cooking}. As the due dates for proposals draft 2,3,4 are not confirmed, please still include them in your first draft of the proposal, just leave the date as TBC.

2. There is one patrol {idk which one} that has yet to submit the holiday schedule for their patrol (?) so please do submit it asap too.
