for our sec2 batch activity, we'll need to nominate 2 i/c's , those not holding any roles in atc {e.g. subcamp i/c, PL or PS } are encouraged to be nominated as the i/c.

So can we have a vote for the i/cs? Need to inform the sec3s soon! {and the proposal}
